The 4th release of the Harmony from travel exclusive - 

The Macallan Harmony Collection Guardian Oak is a limited-edition single malt whisky that celebrates the integral role of oak in whisky production. This release is a collaboration between The Macallan and Cirque du Soleil, aiming to narrate the oak story in an imaginative and innovative.

This Release is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned European oak casks and refilled sherry cask. This also makes it one of the darker and richer whisky we had seen in the past few releases. We reckon this is pack a bomb of sherry. 

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Ripe fruits, spices, dark chocolate, and sweet vanilla.

Palate: Rich dried fruit of dates, oak, dark chocolate, and hints of warming nutmeg.

Finish: Long-lasting with persistent oak and a pleasant warm finish.
